To avoid any confusion, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package as proof in case of any discrepancies.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be inspected and rejected during delivery.
  • The item should remain in unused condition and in its original packaging.

Products accepted after inspection will not be eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items cannot be returned:

Refund Process

If your return is approved during delivery:

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived after the stated time:

  1. Check your MFS account or bank statement again.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if a product is damaged or defective and reported immediately at the time of delivery.
